Director of Enrollment Services, NYC Center - Adelphi University : Job Details

The Director of Enrollment Services for Adelphi University's New York City Center provides strategic and operational leadership in all areas related to student enrollment. Reporting to the Assistant Vice President and Chief Enrollment Officer, this role is responsible for the development and execution of enrollment plans that support the University's mission, with a particular focus on serving adult learners, graduate students, and transfer populations. The Director will lead recruitment, admissions, financial aid coordination, and enrollment operations at the NYC center and collaborate with leadership to optimize student outreach, improve conversion rates, and enhance the overall student experience. SALARY INFORMATION:In compliance with New Yorks Pay Transparency Act, the annual base salary range for this position is $95,000 - $105,000.
