About the Role

The Company is excited to invite applications for the position of Director of Enrollment Operations. This is an excellent opportunity for a results-oriented leader who is passionate about enhancing enrollment processes and improving student access. As the Director, you will play a pivotal role in guiding the Enrollment Management division towards achieving its strategic goals.

In this dynamic role, you will oversee division-wide operations, lead the implementation of critical initiatives, and align policies, procedures, and systems to create effective workflows. You will serve as a trusted partner to the Vice President, managing administrative and operational priorities while supporting the division's commitment to access, efficiency, and innovation.

We are looking for candidates with a Bachelor's degree or equivalent advanced learning and at least 7 years of related experience, including a minimum of 3 years in a managerial capacity. Strong familiarity with operational and administrative functions in higher education, especially in enrollment management, admissions, financial aid, and student services, is essential.

The ideal candidate will possess a comprehensive understanding of university governance, policy development, and compliance frameworks. Experience in project management and business process improvement is highly desirable. We seek a strategic thinker with exceptional communication skills who can effectively lead organizational change.
