We are seeking a seasoned Director of Engineering & Systems to oversee the direction, development, and implementation of all systems within Social Mobile. This pivotal role ensures the efficient operation, security, and scalability of our technological infrastructure. You will align with Social Mobile's strategic objectives, define a forward path, and execute the necessary steps to achieve success.
Responsibilities:
Systems Planning: Strategically plan go-to-market systems development, whether with third parties or directly.System Maintenance: Ensure ongoing stability, reliability, and performance of critical software systems, including Microsoft 365 applications, Business Dynamic ERP systems, HubSpot CRM, and other enterprise solutions.Software Optimization: Identify opportunities to enhance efficiency and effectiveness through performance tuning, configuration optimization, and best practices implementation.Integration Management: Coordinate integration of new software solutions with existing systems, ensuring seamless interoperability and data consistency.Technical Support: Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to end-users and stakeholders, resolving issues promptly.Security Compliance: Implement and enforce security protocols to safeguard systems against threats and vulnerabilities.Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of configurations, integrations, and troubleshooting procedures.Continuous Improvement: Stay informed on emerging technologies, industry trends, and software updates to identify opportunities for enhancement. Own and drive ISO compliance for 27001 and 9001.Policy Adherence: Ensure adherence to Social Mobile's information security policies and procedures.Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a relevant field; Masters preferred.15+ years of experience with Microsoft Office, API integration, systems management, product development, and system development and integration. 10+ years within relevant areas.Proficiency in administering Microsoft applications (e.g., Office 365, SharePoint, Dynamics), ERP systems, and other enterprise solutions.Familiarity with security principles, including access controls, encryption, and vulnerability management.Proficiency in HubSpot CRM.Deep technical knowledge of mobile device management systems and ecosystems.Cloud architecture experience with AWS and Azure development.Proficiency in Dynamics ERP system management and development.Strong understanding of APIs and systems integration.#J-18808-Ljbffr
