Summary:
Coordinates and directs the design, planning, construction, maintenance, and alteration of equipment, machinery, buildings, and other facilities by performing the following duties personally or through subordinate supervisors.

Supervisory Responsibilities:
Manages two or more subordinate supervisors who supervise a total of 40+ regular employees in the Maintenance and Outside Services Departments. Is responsible for the overall directions, coordination, and evaluation of this unit. Assures that supervisory responsibilities are carried out in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws.
Requirements:
Job Requirements:
· A bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university is .
· 7-10 years of direct experience and/or training with progressively increasing responsibility.
· Must be at least 21 years of or older.
· Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations.
· Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.
· Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, vendors, customers, and the general public.
· Ability to compile, compute, and analyze pertinent data needed for reports.
· Ability to work with computer-based time and attendance, inventory, and job order systems.

Work Environment:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently exposed to moving mechanical parts and outside weather conditions. The employee is occasionally exposed to wet and/or humid conditions, high altitudes, precarious places, extreme heat/cold, and risk of electrical shock. Employees working in the Casino or Bowling Center may be exposed to second-hand smoke and moderate levels of noise.
