Director of Engineering - Pfizer : Job Details

The Director of Engineering provides strategic direction and leadership for the site Engineering function to deliver Best in Class performance and compliance in the McPherson manufacturing site. Scope includes full responsibility of Production Maintenance, Process engineering, Capital and Construction engineering, Automation and Facilities/ Utilities management in an 800 k sqft, 1,800 colleague, large, complex and growing sterile Fill/ Finish factory. The incumbent is a senior member of the Site Leadership Team. In this role you will:Develop strategy, execute and manage programs and set objectives and direction for Engineering on site (capital, maintenance, process, utilities, facilities, automation)Fully accountable for direct expense budget and capital budget of $50 M .
