About The RoleThis leadership role involves creating, implementing, maintaining, and monitoring engineering programs. The overall responsibility is to ensure high standards of property maintenance, including building, grounds, and physical plant, with a focus on safety, security, and asset protection. Responsibilities include planning, organizing, directing, and controlling the work of the Engineering Team Members within the bounds of the collective bargaining agreement, contractors, and vendors. Activities encompass providing technical services, building maintenance systems, and overall administration to deliver an exceptional guest experience at the highest quality standards.
What You Will Do$185,000 - $195,000 annually
