We are seeking an experienced and innovative Director of E-commerce Operations to lead and elevate our online retail presence.

Position Overview: The Director of E-commerce Operations will oversee all aspects of our e-commerce business, driving growth through strategic planning, operational excellence, and a customer-focused approach. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in e-commerce operations, digital marketing, and supply chain management, along with a keen interest in fashion retail.

Key Responsibilities:

  • E-commerce Strategy Development: Design and execute comprehensive strategies to drive revenue growth, improve conversion rates, and enhance the overall customer experience.
  • Website Management: Oversee the development and maintenance of the e-commerce platform, ensuring optimal performance, user experience, and seamless navigation.
  • Digital Marketing: Create and implement data-driven digital campaigns, including SEO, SEM, social media advertising, email marketing, and influencer partnerships.
  • Inventory & Supply Chain Management: Manage inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers and the operations team to ensure timely product availability, order fulfillment, and efficient logistics.
  • Data Analysis & Reporting: Use data-driven insights to identify trends, optimize sales performance, and inform strategic decisions. Provide regular reporting on KPIs, including traffic, sales, and conversion metrics.
  • Customer Experience Enhancement: Continuously improve the online shopping experience through customer feedback, website optimization, and personalization strategies.
  • Vendor & Partnership Management: Negotiate and manage relationships with third-party vendors and technology partners, ensuring cost-effective and high-quality service delivery.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and develop a high-performing e-commerce team, fostering collaboration and professional growth.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
  • 7+ years of experience in e-commerce operations, with a focus on fashion or retail sectors.
  • Proven track record of driving e-commerce growth and leading successful online retail initiatives.
  • Strong knowledge of e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify) and digital marketing tools.
  • Experience with analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics) and data-driven decision-making.
  • Excellent project management skills and the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally.
  • Understanding of women's knitwear trends.
