On offer is the unique opportunity to step into a strategic leadership role overseeing multiple geothermal drilling crews and sites across the Northeast, with a clear path to grow your influence and impact at a regional level.

The company is a leader in the drilling industry, working on innovative renewable energy projects across the Northeastern Corridor. As Director of Drilling Operations, you'll oversee all field activities, manage drilling performance and crew safety, and drive operational excellence across all drilling sites.

This position suits a seasoned drilling leader looking to step into a high-impact role managing multiple projects and teams in a fast-growing organization.

The Role

• Oversee all field drilling operations across multiple geothermal drilling sites.
• Lead and manage drilling supervisors, rig crews, and field personnel.
• Ensure all operations meet project timelines, safety regulations, and budget expectations.
• Regularly report on progress, safety, and site performance to senior leadership.

The Candidate

• High level of experience in Geotechnical, Geothermal or Well Drilling
• Proven ability to oversee multiple crews or regional operations simultaneously.
• Strong leadership skills and experience resolving field-level operational issues.
• Willingness to travel regularly across Northeast project sites.
