$126,258.00 - $163,610.00The referenced pay range represents the minimum and maximum compensation for this job. Individual annual salaries/hourly rates will be set within the job's compensation range, and will be determined by considering factors including, but not limited to, market data, education, experience, qualifications, expertise of the individual, and internal equity considerations.
Responsibilities:
GENERAL SUMMARYPlans and directs operations to increase the number of transplantable organs and tissues throughout the region. Works with the management team proactively, ensuring internal recruitment, training, and supervision of organ recovery personnel. Manages compliance with internal and external regulations. Acts as a clinical liaison between Finger Lakes Donor Recovery Network (FLDRN) and other transplant programs. Initiates and monitors new programs to maximize organ yield. Initiates and directs developmental efforts to increase the number of organ and tissue donations. Initiates and executes an action plan to recover tissues for transplantation. Assists in strategic planning initiatives. Provides input into policy development and other departmental decisions.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
