Join us and discover how we drive mutual success that leaves lasting impressions.Job SummaryAs a Director of Dining Services, you are responsible for leading all aspects of day-to-day operations for a senior living dining account. You will manage and lead a team of associates, manage client relations, along with ensure that the food offered to the customers is of superior quality.Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain excellent relationships with customers, guests and client as well as other departments
  • Work with the Chef and management team in creating menus and providing top quality food
  • Oversee all P&L and budgeting as it pertains to the account
  • Roll out new culinary programs
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Three to five years of foodservice operations management or a combination of proven experience and a degree in hospitality, business or culinary
  • High volume production and catering experience is essential
  • Previous experience managing a budget
  • Desire to learn and grow with a top notch foodservice company
  • Must be experienced with computers; to include Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Power Point), Outlook, E-mail and the Internet
