Job Description :
As the Director of Dining Services, you are responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of a corporate dining account, including both front-of-house (FOH) and back-of-house (BOH) functions. You will lead and manage a team of associates, maintain strong client relationships, and ensure that the food and service provided meet the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction. This role includes direct involvement in culinary oversight, working closely with the Sous Chef to ensure menu quality, food safety, and operational excellence.
