Job Summary

Working as a Director of Dining Services, you will oversee daily operations for a dining account in an acute care setting in Joshua Tree, CA. Responsibilities include managing and leading a team, maintaining client relations, and ensuring high-quality food offerings.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain excellent relationships with customers, guests, clients, and other departments
• Collaborate with the Chef and management team on menu creation and quality control
• Oversee all P&L and budgeting related to the account
• Implement new culinary programs

Preferred Qualifications

• BS in Hospitality or Culinary degree preferred
• 5+ years of foodservice operation management experience
• Healthcare Food Service Management experience strongly preferred
• High volume production and catering experience is essential
• Experience managing budgets
• Desire to grow with a top foodservice company

Benefits and Compensation

Salary: $85,000-$95,000, D.O.E.Relocation assistance available.Benefits include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability, retirement plan, paid time off, and more.
