We are seeking a passionate and experienced remote Director of Web Operations to lead our efforts in optimizing our web presence across the full portfolio of brands.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Own and oversee the day-to-day operations of all web properties within the organization, ensuring seamless functionality, performance, and user experience.

Develop and execute strategies to enhance SEO performance, drive organic traffic, and improve search engine rankings.

Lead conversion rate optimization (CRO) initiatives to increase website engagement, lead generation, and sales conversion.

Drive UX design improvements to enhance user experience, usability, and accessibility across all digital properties.

Manage and optimize content across websites, ensuring consistency, relevance, and alignment with brand messaging and SEO best practices.

Lead a team responsible for website maintenance, updates, and enhancements, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, operations, and IT, to implement digital initiatives and campaigns effectively.

Monitor and analyze website metrics and user feedback to identify opportunities for improvement and drive data-driven decision-making.

Develop and implement digital measurement strategies adhering to industry best practices, guaranteeing precision, and delivering actionable and measurable KPIs.

Manage vendor relationships and third-party service providers to support web development and maintenance activities.

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS - SKILLS & ABILITIES

8+ years of experience in digital marketing, website management, or related roles, with a proven track record of driving measurable results in a complex web environment.

In-depth knowledge of SEO best practices, CRO techniques, and UX design principles.

Franchise, multi-location, or home service marketing experience.

Bachelor s degree in marketing or related field, masters preferred.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions.

Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage timelines, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.

Experience managing and developing a team, with a focus on coaching, mentoring, and fostering professional growth.

Exceptional communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and influence stakeholders at all levels.

Familiarity with web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMRush etc.) and content management systems.
