Director of Digital Engineering - PODS Enterprises : Job Details

PODS is reimagining the moving business, and we are building an industry-leading digital experience to make moving easier, faster, and more customer-centric. Our goal is to create a platform that allows customers to quote, book, and manage their entire move online while supporting the internal tools and experimentation frameworks that power that experience. As the Director of Digital Engineering, you will lead the engineering strategy and execution across all digital customer experiences. You will work hand in hand with Product, UX, and Data Science teams to deliver performant, scalable solutions that make a measurable impact. This role will have high autonomy, executive visibility, and will play a key role in shaping PODS' long-term digital roadmap. You will report to the VP of Digital and lead a high-performing team focused on rapid iteration, A/ B testing, and AI/ ML-powered personalization. This role is required onsite at PODS HQ in Clearwater, FL.
