Director of Development - Rogers Behavioral Health : Job Details

Donor Engagement & Fundraising Execution. Manage a portfolio of approximately 75100 donor prospects with the capacity to give $1,000 to $50,000 . Design and implement tailored cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship strategies to move donors through the giving pipeline. Collaborate with the VP of Development and Foundation President on campaign execution and revenue goals ($500 K$1 M annually). Assist in elevating mid-level donors to major gift status through strategic engagement. Corporate Partnerships & Sponsorships. Develop and grow relationships with local, regional, and national corporations. Secure corporate sponsorships for Foundation events and campaigns. Collaborate on co-branded initiatives that align with Rogers mission and the companys social responsibility goals. Maintain accurate tracking and deliverables for partnership agreements.
