Director of Development - Athletics - University of Central Oklahoma : Job Details

This position reports to the Assistant Vice President for Development and the Deputy Athletic Director. The Director of Development will manage a portfolio of major gift donors and prospects in support of strategic fundraising priorities for UCO Athletics, as well as seat related contributions for UCO Athletics events. This position will be responsible for the effective solicitation and procurement of annual and principal gifts, including facility gifts, planned gifts, scholarship endowments and premium seating. Job Duties: Engage in daily outreach to current donors and prospects to cultivate relationships & solicit philanthropic pledges in support of UCO Athletics. Responsible for achieving high sell-through related to priority seating contributions for football and mens and womens basketball. Creatively identifies and engages community stakeholders to develop new revenue opportunities, boost annual fund membership growth and enhance funding priorities for UCO Athletics.
