Lead and manage our team of designers, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.Define and implement the overall design strategy that aligns with our business objectives.Track and manage the product feature list and design timelines, ensuring projects are delivered on time and meet the highest quality standards.Use your Figma expertise to guide the team in creating effective and engaging prototypes.Conduct regular design reviews and revisions based on feedback and data.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, engineering, and marketing, to ensure designs align with business and user needs.Communicate design strategies and concepts effectively across various stakeholders.Stay current with industry trends and developments in UX/UI design and integrate relevant ideas into our design strategy.Qualifications:
Proven experience as a senior designer, preferably in a software company.Demonstrable expertise in UX/UI design, particularly for mobile platforms.Strong leadership skills with a track record of managing successful design teams.Proficient in Figma and other relevant design software.Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate design concepts and ideas clearly.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment.Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies.Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.Qualifications:
