Are you a data leader who thrives on designing scalable architecture and driving business impact through advanced analytics? We're looking for a visionary Director of Data Strategy & Analytics to lead our enterprise data transformation. This is your chance to own the roadmap, elevate insights, and influence decision-making across the organization.

What You'll Own

• Lead the vision and execution of data strategy across multiple business units
• Manage and mentor a cross-functional team of data engineers and BI developers
• Design scalable cloud-first platforms using Microsoft Azure (Synapse, Fabric)
• Champion data governance, integrity, and security standards
• Deliver intuitive dashboards, automated reporting, and predictive analytics
• Partner with business leaders to transform operational goals into data-driven solutions
• Leverage AI and machine learning to surface actionable business intelligence
• Oversee resource planning, performance tracking, and budgeting for data initiatives

What You Bring

• 7+ years in data architecture, analytics, or engineering leadership
• Bachelor's in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field
• Proven experience with Azure-based platforms and modern data frameworks
• Fluent in SQL, data modeling, and scripting languages (Python preferred)
• Deep understanding of ecommerce, ERP systems, and cross-functional business data
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills

Nice to Have

• Experience with Agile, Scrum, or iterative development methods
• Exposure to ecommerce analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager)
• Background in manufacturing or supply chain analytics
