Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree and 5-10 years of relevant experience.
Preferred Qualifications: Degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Cybersecurity, Law, or related fields; certifications such as CIPP, CISSP, or CISM; extensive experience in data privacy, security compliance, and risk management; knowledge of regulations like GDPR, HIPAA, FERPA; proficiency in cybersecurity principles, compliance frameworks (ISO 27001, NIST); strong collaboration, communication, and leadership skills; experience developing governance frameworks, managing budgets, and leveraging security technologies.
