The Director of Construction leads the teams that manage and coordinate all phases of data center construction project execution. This role involves overseeing project execution, managing teams, and maintaining client relationships to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and according to quality and safety standards.

• Travel: 50% travel required.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients, vendors, and stakeholders to drive business success.
• Lead and develop high-performance project teams through supervision, training, and mentorship.
• Manage risk, compliance, and ensure adherence to ethics and safety standards.
• Partner with legal and stakeholders to manage construction contracts.
• Oversee project budgets, schedules, and financial performance.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring coordination and timely delivery.
• Oversee project phases including setup, site selection, design, procurement, construction, and commissioning.

• Strong understanding of project setup, client contracts, and site selection.
• Experience with AIA documents, mission-critical equipment procurement, and project scheduling.
• Proven ability to manage construction contractors, budgets, and schedules.

• Bachelor's degree in related field (preferred).
• 15+ years in data center or mission-critical infrastructure projects, with 5+ years in leadership.
• OSHA-10 required; OSHA-30 within 60 days.
• Strong leadership, communication, and project management software skills.
