We were founded in 2010 in Bushwick, Brooklyn and still call that colorful, creative neighborhood home. (We also call Denver home—that's where you'll find our sister office.) What You'll Do
At Madwell, the “well” in our name comes from the belief that all creativity must achieve a business outcome. Since we aren't chasing creativity for creativity's sake, measurement is crucial. As the Director of Data and Analytics, you'll be redefining our measurement offering for the ever-changing landscape, setting up easy to digest data visualizations, going deep into data sets to unlock a never-been-thought-of insight, and optimizing solutions to achieve outsized results - no matter the KPI.

Salary starting at $130,000
* This is a hybrid role based out of our NYC office, you must be located within commuting distance of Brooklyn, NY to be considered for this role. This role requires the candidate to be in the Brooklyn office 3 times a week.
