Currently, we are looking to welcome a strategic and operationally-mindedDirector of Creative Operations whose expertise lies in creative project workflow, cross-functional collaboration, and high-level stakeholder communication. This opportunity is full-time and will be ahybrid role based in New York or Los Angeles, working onsite four days a week with one remote day available. We are currently seekingNYC or LA residentsfor this opportunity only.

Your Expertise:
  • 12+ years of experience in creative operations, project management, or related roles within professional services or large-scale organizations.
  • Strong background in building scalable workflows, managing cross-functional projects, and implementing creative operational systems.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence and collaborate with senior stakeholders.
  • Comfortable working without direct reports initially, with the ability to grow and lead a small team.
  • Experience with Digital Asset Management (DAM) systems and project management tools.
  • Strategic thinker who can present, iterate, and execute operational improvements that drive creative efficiency.
Your Responsibilities:
  • Lead and optimize creative workflows, project intake, timelines, and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Act as a strategic partner to leadership, aligning creative operations with business goals.
  • Support a growing creative team by building systems and processes that streamline project execution.
  • Manage resource planning and creative delivery, ensuring quality and timeliness across all initiatives.
  • Maintain and evolve digital asset management practices to support brand consistency and version control.
  • Present strategic recommendations, reports, and process updates to internal stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (communications, marketing, creative operations, etc.).
  • Extensive experience in a fast-paced, high-volume creative or professional services environment.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills, with a consultative and strategic mindset.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders under tight deadlines.
  • Willingness to work onsite in NYC or LA four days a week.
