Must-Haves

• Bachelor's Degree required, Master's Degree preferred
• A minimum of 12+ years of fundraising and development experience in sizable, intricate organizations, with at least 10 years in a leadership role driving revenue, operations and performance outcomes
• Data driven with experience leveraging technology and information to creatively identify prospects, retain and upgrade donors, steward gifts, and inform future investments in program growth.
