Director of Corporate Banking - City National Bank of Florida : Job Details

The Director of Corporate is responsible for the management of the Corporate Banking business segment. Ensures adherence to the bank's credit policies and actively monitors portfolio quality. Through leadership and motivation, includes but is not limited to working with the other business segments to maximize deposit growth, fee income opportunities, loan growth, cross sales and referrals to other banking units. Structuring incentive campaigns, staff development; tracking results, developing sales marketing plans; establishing production goals, making business development calls with branch and lending personnel; working with Marketing Department to create advertising and marketing materials; evaluating staff members and seeking involvement in key community activities and business organizations.
