Contract Manufacturer Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for all contract manufacturing partners both domestic and international. Manage day-to-day operations and communication with external manufacturers, ensuring alignment with production schedules and quality standards. Monitor and track contract manufacturer performance against key performance indicators (KPIs), including on-time delivery, quality, and cost. Conduct regular performance reviews and audits of contract manufacturers to ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. Resolve any issues or discrepancies related to production, quality, or delivery in a timely and effective manner. Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between internal teams (e.g., quality, engineering, supply chain) and external manufacturers.
