Base pay range$132,255.00/yr - $211,270.00/yr

AgReserves, Inc. is seeking the Director of Continuous Improvement (CI) to spearhead the development and execution of CI strategies and initiatives across the organization, including Lean and Six Sigma methodologies. The CI Director collaborates closely with teams and leaders across the organization to craft and deploy a comprehensive CI program in alignment with the CEO's strategy to drive organizational performance enhancements.
