Job Description :

National Multi-Family Construction Group is currently seeking a Director of Construction. This position reports to the President of Construction and oversees operations across multiple states.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
  • Complete oversight of the Construction Team
  • Facilitating daily interactions between the Construction and Development Teams
  • Collaborating with the Construction Team in managing relationships with subcontractors
  • Assisting the Construction Executive in drafting client proposals
  • Partnering with the Construction Executive on contract administration and management
  • Working with preconstruction, estimating, and scheduling teams on project estimates and schedules
  • Providing direction to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within scope
  • Performing on-site Project Manager duties on small scope projects
    • Required Skills and Qualifications:
    • Bachelor's degree in a construction-related field preferred
    • Experience in Multi-Family Construction is required
    • Mid-Rise project experience is preferred
    • Podium project experience is preferred
    • Proficiency in Excel and Word
    • Strong organizational and prioritization skills; detail-oriented
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
