You'll be at the helm of all facets of our residential construction projects. The ideal candidate will boast extensive experience in construction management, with a proven track record of delivering single-family attached and detached residential projects on time and within budget. Stellar leadership and communication skills are a must. Safety and quality are our guiding principles, and in this role, you'll ensure that all work adheres to the highest standards while fostering strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.Responsibilities

• Construction Management:
• Lead and supervise all aspects of construction projects.
• Oversee Project Managers, skilled tradespeople, and contractors.
• Ensure work is completed to high-quality standards within timelines and budgets.
• Stakeholder Engagement:
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, engineers, and trades.
• Ensure successful project execution and client satisfaction.
• Safety Compliance:
• Implement and enforce safety protocols at construction sites.
• Prioritize the well-being of the team and partners.
• Reporting:
• Provide regular updates on project progress, financials, and issues to senior management.
• Facilitate transparency and informed decision-making.

Qualifications

• Over 10 years of construction management experience with a residential homebuilder
• Proven track record of delivering residential projects on time and within budget.
• Thorough understanding of construction technology, practices, and safety protocols.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in construction management software, including purchase orders, change orders, and scheduling.

Salary And Benefits

• Full-time position.
• Salary: $130,000 - $160,000 + Bonus, commensurate with experience.
