Overview

At 2 Hour Learning, we're growing rapidly with a national expansion. As Director of Construction, you will spearhead one of our critical operational domains across our expansion. You will have full autonomy and accountability to deliver results across multiple geographies.

What You Will Be Doing

• Taking complete ownership of a critical expansion domain: regulatory approvals, onboarding systems, or financial operations
• Wielding full decision-making authority with corresponding accountability for results
• Creating scalable playbooks from scratch and implementing them in real-time across multiple markets
• Working directly with the founding team, department heads, and on-the-ground staff to build launch-ready infrastructure
• Leveraging cutting-edge AI and automation tools to accelerate operations and execution timelines

Director Of Construction Key Responsibilities

Take complete ownership of a core operational pillar in our nationwide school launch campaign. Execute with precision, speed, and scalability. You will have full autonomy and accountability for your area of responsibility.

Basic Requirements

We're building elite operational teams across multiple verticals. Each position demands exceptional execution speed, mental clarity, and structured problem-solving under pressure.

Your Qualifications Should Include

• 3+ years at a premier strategy consultancy (McKinsey, Bain, BCG)
• Demonstrated success managing complex, cross-functional operations in high-pressure, ambiguous environments
• Expertise in at least one: navigating regulatory frameworks, developing onboarding systems, or scaling financial operations
• Highly structured thinking paired with strong execution capabilities—able to transform concepts into action independently
• Authorization to work in the U.S. and willingness to travel ~25% of the time
• Proficiency with AI tools to enhance workflow efficiency and accelerate deliverables

Working with us

This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $200 USD/hour, which equates to $400,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
