Director of Compliance - Westchester Medical Center Health : Job Details

The Director of Compliance reports to the VP, Compliance in the implementation and evaluation of Westchester Medical Center Health Network Compliance Program, specifically the WMC Advanced Physician Services, by monitoring compliance with internal and external regulatory standards. Responsibilities include providing consultation, audits relating hospital policies and procedures, including the review of medical records, HIPAA, training and education, investigations, and support on compliance issues to Administrators, Physicians and all levels of WMC Health Network staff. Responsibilities: Participates with leadership in the development and implementation of the Annual Corporate Compliance Work Plan based on an internal risk assessment and federal and state initiatives.
