What You Will Be Doing
  • Orchestrating high-trust conversations and information sessions that convert discerning families into enrolled advocates
  • Designing and executing strategic regional events that generate qualified leads and elevate Alpha's visibility
  • Forging powerful alliances with local organizations and community influencers to amplify our reach
  • Developing parent advocates into articulate defenders and promoters of Alpha's 2 Hour Learning model
  • Delivering actionable intelligence on parent sentiment and engagement patterns to leadership team
What You Won't Be Doing
  • Employing transactional sales tactics or positioning Alpha as merely another educational product
  • Compromising academic standards or curriculum integrity to accommodate influential stakeholders
  • Investing resources in community events without clear enrollment strategy or measurable outcomes
  • Placating concerns through customer service approaches that fail to advance genuine advocacy
  • Retreating to administrative functions when community visibility and presence are required
Director Of Community Engagement Key ResponsibilitiesBuild a 150+ student enrollment waitlist by transforming families into passionate advocates through strategic community engagement, compelling storytelling, and mission-aligned conversion.Basic Requirements
  • Based in one of our launch cities with ability to work on-site and travel locally: Scottsdale, AZ; Lake Forest, San Francisco, or Santa Barbara, CA; Orlando, West Palm Beach, or Tampa, FL; Charlotte or Raleigh, NC; New York City (Manhattan), NY; Fort Worth, Houston, or Plano, TX; Washington, D.C. (Chantilly).
  • Legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
  • 5+ years of demonstrated success engaging families in education, outreach, or enrollment capacities
  • Proven track record guiding sophisticated stakeholders through complex, high-stakes decisions
  • Exceptional communication skills under pressure, both written and verbal
  • Unwavering belief in Alpha's accelerated learning model and high-expectation approach
