About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic Director of Community Energy Programs to play a crucial role in steering the transition towards a clean, resilient, and equitable energy landscape. The ideal candidate will possess:

• A minimum of 9 years of professional experience in managing complex programs and policy implementation, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• A background in public or business administration, public policy, environmental science, or a related field.
• Demonstrated skills in leadership, organizational dynamics, program management, performance accountability, decision-making, and change management.
