Director of Communications and Marketing - Tulane University : Job Details

Under the direction of the Chief Business Officer, the Director for Communications & Marketing leads the School of Liberal Arts (SLA) marketing and communications portfolio, including strategic communications and outreach, to internally engage with its core audiences and externally elevate and enhance its reputation as part of a leading Research I institution. The Director leads the planning and coordination of designated school-based events. The Director serves as a member of the leadership team of the School of Liberal Arts and supervises (1) Associate Director, (1) Web Developer, (1) Communications Manager, and all external partners. - Bachelors Degree in English, communications, journalism, marketing, or a related field - At least 5 years experience in a marketing/communications/public relations role - Senior social media strategy and execution experience - Event-management experience - Proven supervisory experience...Director, Communications, Marketing, Communication, Education, Business Services
