Director of Clinical Services - WCS - Woods Services : Job Details

Responsible for overseeing the clinical and clinical/administrative operations for Woods Community Services. Ensures the development and implementation of evidence-based programming and treatment strategies. Provides clinical and administrative supervision to a staff of mental health professionals and provide direct clinical services and interventions when needed. Oversees service delivery and meets all administrative, legal and programming requirements as mandated by state regulations and all operating contracts. Collaborates well with WCS management, behavior supports staff, direct service professionals, case management, psychiatry, nursing, education and other professional service areas. Participates in quality improvement and risk management activities. Participates in the intake evaluation and selection process for assigned programs.
