Rutgers University- Newark (RU-N), an urban public research university and anchor institution, located in Newark, New Jersey, a city of promise is seeking a Director of Clinical Services. Under the general direction and leadership of the Director of Counseling Center, this position provides oversight and coordination for all clinical functions in campus-wide mental health service. This position is responsible for and not limited to the following: Develops and coordinates all clinical services and training within the Counseling Center Provides triage, crisis intervention, individual and group treatment Develops and implements clinical practices and procedures that are consistent with the mission of the counseling center: to serve students and advocate for collegiate mental health, ensuring adherence to best practices and evidence-informed care Along with the Director, studies the organization and develops policies and procedures for providing and growing the comprehensive mental health ...Clinical, Director, Mental Health, Clinic, Service, Healthcare, Benefits
