We are currently seeking a Director of Clinical Services for Monte Nido Glen Cove, a premier residential treatment program dedicated to adults facing Anorexia Nervosa, Bulimia Nervosa, Binge Eating Disorder, or Exercise Addiction. Our program focuses on restoring physiological and nutritional balance, promoting healthy eating and exercise habits, and fostering a supportive environment for recovery.

The Clinical Director will play a crucial role in enhancing the overall clinical quality of our treatment program. Your leadership will ensure quality care, continuous improvement, appropriate staffing, and effective budget management. This position also involves overseeing all clinical programming to optimize client experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure excellence in clinical programming through ongoing quality improvement initiatives.
  • Mentor and guide clinical therapists, providing support and resources for effective patient interaction and care.
  • Model healthy eating behaviors by participating in meal times with clients and staff.
  • Occasionally lead individual, group, or family therapy sessions.
  • Collaborate in discharge and aftercare planning with the multidisciplinary treatment team.
  • Provide compassionate and affirming support to diverse populations.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 5 years of leadership experience in a behavioral health setting is preferred; other leadership experience may be considered.
  • Proficient understanding of admissions and intake processes, Utilization Review, and engagement with insurance payers.
  • Familiarity with Joint Commission and regulatory compliance standards is desired.
  • Experience managing budgets and utilizing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) is advantageous.
  • Background in an Eating Disorder program or residential behavioral health facility is highly beneficial.
  • Knowledge of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion practices is essential.
  • Experience in employee selection and performance management is a plus.
  • A Master's degree in a clinical discipline is required, along with an active State license (or eligibility for licensure).

Salary: $110,000-$120,000/YR
