Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for the Director of Clinical Operations based in Zanesville, OH, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Director will oversee clinical operations, ensure quality and efficiency of services, and manage clinical staff. Responsibilities include coordinating with interdisciplinary teams, developing clinical policies, and ensuring regulatory compliance. The role also involves overseeing patient care, supporting clinical trials, and applying best practices in clinical development and oncology.

Qualifications

• Experience in Clinical Operations, Clinical Development, and Clinical Trials
• Knowledge of Medicine and Oncology
• Excellent leadership and management skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Relevant clinical certifications and licenses are a plus
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Medicine, Nursing, or related field
