Position Overview :
We are currently seeking an energetic and driven Director of Client Services to join ourfast-growing team and support our growth in the Greenville, SC region. We have recentlymerged with a business that has established a strong presence and client base in SouthCarolina since its founding in 2009.If you are passionate about leadership development, coaching, and continuousimprovement—and you thrive in dynamic environments—this role offers the chance tomake a real difference while working independently with the full support of a collaborativeteam.You will work independently from your home office in Upstate South Carolina,collaborating daily with our team members based in Virginia and Georgia. We often havemultiple team members engaged with each client to ensure a high-touch, team-basedapproach to success.This position reports directly to the Owner and CEO, Peter Mierke, and is instrumental indelivering leadership development programs, workshops, assessments, and coachingsessions, as well as contributing to client relationship development and local outreach.Each day brings variety and purpose as we work to help our clients grow and succeed. Thisrole is also a steppingstone to further leadership and business developmentresponsibilities as OpX Solutions continues to expand across the Southeast.
