Our client, a leader in the customer experience services industry, is seeking a Director of Client Services to lead their Client Services team. This executive role is responsible for ensuring top-tier service delivery, exceptional client satisfaction, and strong team performance. You'll mentor a small but highly tenured team of Client Service Managers (3), streamline and elevate internal processes, drive revenue growth, and lead innovation efforts—especially through the integration of AI and emerging technologies. The ideal candidate is a humble, hands-on servant leader who isn't afraid to roll up their sleeves and dive into the details. You'll directly manage and nurture relationships with high-profile Fortune 1000 clients, ensuring they feel prioritized, supported, and valued. HYBRID Director of Client Services Responsibilities
• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of Client Service Managers
• Ensure KPIs are met across revenue, retention, satisfaction, and response times
• Strengthen client relationships and identify growth opportunities
• Collaborate with Sales, Insights, and Field Ops for smooth onboarding and execution
• Implement scalable processes and explore AI to enhance efficiency and service
• Analyze client data to uncover insights and prove ROI
• Attend client meetings and industry events
HYBRID Director of Client Services Qualifications
• Minimum of 7 years' leadership experience in client services, ideally within customer experience or insights, required
• Demonstrated success in building, leading, and inspiring high-performing teams required
• Exceptional executive presence with outstanding communication, presentation, and analytical abilities required
• Highly tech-savvy, with hands-on familiarity using AI tools and modern platforms required
