Overview

At Dario, every day is a new opportunity to make a difference. We are on a mission to make better health easy, and our employees contribute to helping hundreds of thousands of people globally improve their health. We are seeking a strategic, execution-focused Director of Client Delivery to lead the planning and implementation of complex, multi-product initiatives within our growing digital health organization. This role drives successful outcomes for healthcare clients — including health plans, large employers, and provider organizations — by ensuring seamless, compliant, and scalable product launches that improve patient engagement, provider efficiency, and clinical outcomes. As the primary orchestrator between internal teams and external healthcare stakeholders, you'll oversee high-impact initiatives that bring our digital health solutions to life and deliver measurable value to clients, members, and employee populations.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the end-to-end delivery of complex digital health solution rollouts across provider networks, payers, large employer groups, or health systems.
  • Develop and manage detailed project plans that ensure seamless, compliant deployment of multi-product solutions across clinical, administrative, and benefits environments.
  • Ensure all launches meet clinical, technical, and operational success criteria, including adherence to HIPAA, HITRUST, and other applicable regulatory standards.
  • Partner closely with Product, Sales, Clinical Strategy, Engineering, and Customer Success teams to ensure launch readiness and strategic alignment with client goals.
  • Translate client needs into executable plans while managing competing priorities across teams.
  • Coordinate resources, set project milestones, and drive accountability across functional areas.
  • Serve as the strategic delivery partner for clients ranging from hospital systems and digital-first care providers to health plans and large self-insured employers.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clinical, technical, HR/benefits, and executive stakeholders.
  • Facilitate cross-organizational communication to align product capabilities with client workflows, care models, benefits strategies, and patient/member/employee engagement goals.
  • Lead stakeholder briefings and executive updates, clearly communicating progress, risks, and measurable outcomes.
  • Identify and proactively mitigate risks related to clinical integration, data privacy, workflow disruptions, and system interoperability.
  • Champion continuous improvement by leading structured post-launch reviews and collaborating with internal teams to optimize future delivery processes.
  • Act as a thought partner to Product, Go-to-Market, and Clinical teams, helping to refine product offerings based on implementation insights and client feedback from healthcare and employer clients.
  • Contribute to organizational strategy by identifying patterns and opportunities across client engagements that drive innovation and scale across both payer and employer landscapes.
Qualifications
  • 8+ years of experience in client delivery, program management, or consulting within digital health, healthcare IT, or employer health benefits ecosystems.
  • Proven success in managing large-scale client implementations and multi-stakeholder projects, especially in clinical, payer, or employer-sponsored health environments.
  • Deep understanding of healthcare delivery models, EHR systems (Epic, Cerner), interoperability standards (HL7, FHIR), and compliance frameworks (HIPAA).
  • Experience working with large employers and benefits leaders on digital health integration is highly desirable.
  • Exceptional communication and leadership skills, with the ability to navigate clinical, technical, HR, and executive business audiences.
  • Strategic thinker with strong execution discipline and a passion for improving health outcomes through technology.
  • DarioHealth promotes diversity of thought, culture and background, which connects the entire Dario team. We are passionate about building and sustaining an inclusive and equitable working and learning environments for all people, and do not discriminate against any employee or job candidate.
