The position requires the ability to administer a wide variety of services and programs, communicate effectively with internal and external diverse communities, and maintain confidentiality gained in counseling sessions and in gathering reports.

Bona fide District residency must be maintained from the date of appointment to the position for seven (7) consecutive years.
