Cardiovascular Service Line Director

Location - Beckley, WV

The Director of Cardiovascular Services (DCS), in conjunction with facility leadership, has responsibility and accountability for development and design of Cardiovascular Services strategy and will drive the best possible outcomes at the lowest total of care across the health system. The DCS collaborates with other service line leadership to promote continuous improvement of clinical services and patient experience throughout the continuum of care.

Minimum Education

• Bachelor's degree in nursing, nursing administration, healthcare administration or related areas required.
• 5 years of clinical experience relevant to the service line.
• West Virginia Registered Nurse or Compact State
• Experience in Cardiovascular Services (Cath, Echo, Stress, etc.)
• Previous director level leadership experience
• Basic Life Support (BLS) - to be obtained within 30 days
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) - to be obtained within 3 months
