The Leidos Digital Modernization Sector is seeking a Capability Demonstration & Engagement Director at our Leidos Headquarters in Reston, VA. POSITION SUMMARY:We are seeking a strategic, dynamic, and customer-focused Director, Capability Demonstration & Engagement to lead the operations and growth of our state-of-the-art demonstration center. This individual will be responsible for curating immersive, high-impact customer experiences that showcase our products, solutions, and innovations. The Director will oversee daily operations, manage cross-functional coordination, drive strategic engagement initiatives, and ensure each visitor interaction reinforces our brand and value proposition. CLEARANCE REQUIREMENT:No initial clearance is required to start; however you must be able to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret security clearance.
