Director of Campus Card Services - Winston-Salem State University : Job Details

The Director of Campus Card Services is responsible for the strategic leadership, daily operations, and continuous improvement of the Universitys campus card program. This position oversees the secure issuance and comprehensive functionality of University identification cards, ensuring seamless access to residence halls, academic buildings, parking access gates, meal plans, declining balance accounts, and integrated services such as Grubhub, vending, bookstore purchases, printing, and off-campus merchant programs. The Director serves as the functional and technical lead for the campus card transaction system and works collaboratively with campus partners and external vendors to maintain system integrity, enhance services, and deliver a secure, convenient, and student-centered experience.
