Shift Days, Salaried Scheduled Weekly Hours 40 POSITION PURPOSE: Responsible for assessing internal operations and external markets to drive sustainable growth, improve business performance, and strengthen community impact. This role serves as CGH's internal consultant, working with leaders across the organization to analyze existing services, identify opportunities, and develop data-driven strategies. Also engages with external partners to explore new service lines and community-focused programs aligned with CGH's mission. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
  • Analyze CGH's service lines, departments, and performance metrics to identify improvement opportunities.
  • Conduct market research and forecasting to guide strategic planning and growth initiatives.
  • Lead internal consulting efforts to optimize operational workflows and financial outcomes.
  • Collaborate with department leaders on implementation of strategic recommendations.
  • Develop financial models, dashboards, and reports to support executive decision-making.
  • Build partnerships with external organizations to explore service expansion and population health strategies.
  • Support grant writing or funding efforts for market or community development initiatives.
  • Conduct post-implementation reviews of strategic initiatives and outreach programs.
SPECIALIZED KNOW-HOW & REQUIREMENTS:
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, business, healthcare administration, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience with increasing responsibilities
  • Strong financial analysis, forecasting, and market research skills
  • Project management skills to successfully execute projects
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for liaising with stakeholders
  • Time management and organizational skills for juggling multiple tasks
  • Analytical skills for identifying discrepancies and finding ways to stay within budget
  • Problem-solving skills for developing solutions to financial and operational problems
  • Business intelligence skills for making recommendations that will improve the financial performance of CGHMC
