Director of Business Development - Water Systems

What you'll do:
- Manage, coach, and motivate a team of 15 regional sales managers and representatives.
- Drive a hunter sales culture, focusing on new business development and market share growth.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to exceed revenue targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Work hands-on with the team to identify, negotiate, and close new business opportunities, including large multi-site commercial and industrial clients.
- Cultivate strong relationships with key accounts and distributors across the USA and Canada.
What you'll bring:
- Proven track record of leading a successful sales team with a strong hunter mentality.
- Direct experience in water systems or a related industry is essential.
- Past experience working with pharmaceutical, medical device, biotechnology or food and beverage clients is required.
- A strategic mindset with a hands-on approach to sales and business development.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for sales and a strong determination to deliver results.
Compensation:
$150,000 - $170,000 (base) + bonus opportunities.
