Director of Business Development (Miami, FL)
Position: Director of Business Development
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in sales management
- 3-5 years of professional sales experience, preferably in healthcare
- Proven track record of developing sales and growth
- Knowledge of business management and Medicare Hospice Benefit (preferred)
- Experience with EMR/Customer Relationship Management software (a plus)
- Excellent observation, communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Understanding of healthcare business processes and systems
- Strong written and oral communication, organization, and coaching skills
- Good problem-solving skills and ability to multitask

Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with physicians and facilities to promote hospice services
- Implement and manage territory business plans
- Utilize CRM tools to manage accounts and performance
- Assist in regional sales planning with leadership
- Mentor and support Community Education Representatives
- Participate in recruitment, training, and evaluation of staff
- Maintain compliance with laws and regulations
