Director of Business Development - Frontier Bio : Job Details

This role will lead business development efforts, forging relationships between Frontier Bio and various customers, such as cell therapy companies, pharma, and government, for collaborative or co-development deals in the fields of tissue engineering and regenerative medicine. The successful candidate will work closely with the CEO to secure deals for clinical and preclinical applications of our engineered tissues.

• Own GTM fundamentals, tuning both positioning and pricing
• Define ideal customer profiles
• Build pipeline and secure discovery calls
• Develop sales deck, proposals, and negotiate terms

Experience: Career stage flexible. Show ambition, learning speed, and either potential or proof. Open to both high-trajectory emerging talent with serious drive and seasoned professionals with measurable wins.
