We are looking to expand our market presence and are launching a new vertical. We're seeking a dynamic and entrepreneurial leader to drive this initiative from the ground up.

Position Overview:

You will be responsible for building, launching, and scaling a new line of business within our organization. This is a rare opportunity to own a vertical from strategy through execution. You will identify market opportunities, develop service offerings, recruit a specialized team, and drive revenue growth within your vertical.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to define the vertical's niche, service model, and go-to-market strategy.
• Build and execute a business plan to launch and scale the new vertical.
• Cultivate and manage client relationships.
• Recruit, train, and lead a high-performing team of recruiters, account managers, and/or business developers.
• Develop and track key performance indicators to ensure vertical success and alignment with company goals.
• Stay informed of industry trends and evolving client needs to refine service offerings.

Qualifications:

• 5–10+ years of experience in staffing, recruiting, or talent solutions.
• Proven track record in launching new business lines, scaling teams, or driving significant revenue growth.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to operate independently and influence at all levels.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and strategic planning skills.
