We are hiring for a Director of Business Development.

Salary: $90,000-120,000, depending on experience level.

• Hire, direct, train, and supervise the sales team at the agency level.
• Coach employees to overcome objections and work collaboratively toward growth goals.
• Maintain knowledge of community resources, providing in-services and education to the sales team.
• Communicate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals about interested, prospective, and current patients.
• Establish and maintain positive relationships with referral sources, patients, families, healthcare professionals, and the community to promote hospice philosophy and support for patients.
• Assist the Director of Admissions in overseeing the referral to admissions process to meet growth targets.

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
• Minimum of three years' experience in healthcare sales preferred.
• Knowledge of hospice care is a plus.
